1. Acceptance

By purchasing or downloading any product from AICraft ("the Products"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Products.

2. License Grant

Each purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or commercial projects.

• You may use the Product in unlimited personal or client projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product itself (the template, skill, or tool code).
• You may modify the Product for your own use.

3. Digital Products

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges — except in cases where a Product is defective (e.g., broken code, missing files). In such cases, we will fix the issue or provide a replacement within 14 days.

4. Intellectual Property

The Products are protected by copyright laws. All intellectual property rights remain with AICraft. You receive a license to use the Product, not ownership of the Product itself.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AICraft shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
